Информация, представляемая декларантом при заявлении Т.с.т., определенная в качестве составляющей коммерческую тайну или являющаяся конфиденциальной, может использоваться таможенным органом РФ исключительно в таможенных целях и не может передаваться третьим лицам, включая иные государственные органы, без специального разрешения декларанта, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных законодательством РФ.
